Due to increased demand, we need more bus drivers for tourism related assignments during the high season from April – September. We guarantee a salary equivalent to a 100% position during the high season, with the possibility to extend the working period if the volume of assignments justifies it.
What we offer:
Board and lodging close to the work place
For drivers located in Bergen we offer accommodation within walking distance to our station in Blomsterdalen. The accommodation includes a room with your own private bathroom, toilet and shower. Breakfast and dinner are served every day, and are also included.
The accommodation is located only 25 minutes from the city center, with public transport (bus and tram) departing closely.
(For drivers stationed at other locations, short or long term, we will provide accommodation. In cases where food is not prepared and served at the place of living, you will receive food money to cover your food expenses. In these cases the accommodation will include with a fully equipped kitchenware).
Guaranteed full-time salary
Possible shift differential pay and overtime in addition. We guarantee a minimum of 154 hours per month which correspond to a 100 % position, in the period you will be working in season.
A varied and flexible job
A workday can consist of several different assignments. The assignments may involve driving cruise passengers from A to B, taking groups of tourists for a city sightseeing - or to a nearby city, and a range of other assignments.

Qualifications:
Valid driver's licence class D
Good language skills in English. Norwegian/Scandinavian language are an advantage
A valid passanger carrying vehicle (PCV) driver's licence.

Ability to exercise good customer service
Good communication skills. Being able to communicate with customers, tourist guides and other travellers is an important part of the job
